Tommy Uda MCSP
Founder, Clinical Director & Physiotherapist

With over a decade of experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and sports performance, Tommy is dedicated to helping people move and feel better, earning himself a reputation as a skilled and committed practitioner.
As a dual physio and sports therapist, Tommy combines medical expertise with a passion for movement. As the founder, he has built a trusted practice, renowned for evidence based care and high quality therapeutic services for a variety of ailments including; high performance athletic injuries, general aches and pains, neurological rehabilitation and maintaining strength and mobility in later years.
